About The Event

The IMS Noida Cultural Club brings you Dandiya Night 2026 — an exciting celebration where students can come together, enjoy traditional Dandiya and Garba, dress in their festive best and create memorable campus moments.

Come dressed in your best Dandiya attire and get ready to dance the evening away!

Registration Fee:
₹300 Per Student

Your Registration Includes:

₹70 Food/Refreshment Coupon, Which Will Be Provided At The Entry.

Entry Band, To Be Collected At The Entry Counter.

Dandiya Sticks, To Be Collected From The Designated Dandiya Counter.

Important
Registration Is Mandatory.

No last-minute registration will be entertained.
Entry will not be permitted after the designated entry time is over.
No entry will be given to outside students or pass-out students.
Students must carry their valid IMS Noida College ID.
Entry is subject to registration verification and security checks.

Before leaving the venue, please drop the Dandiya sticks in the designated collection boxes placed inside the ground.

Please do not take the sticks outside the event premises.

Dress Code – Strictly Followed

Dandiya Attire Is Mandatory

Students must follow the prescribed festive/Dandiya dress code. Entry will not be permitted if the dress code is not followed.

For Female Students: Chaniya Choli / Lehenga Choli, traditional Indian festive wear, dupatta/stole as appropriate, traditional accessories encouraged

For Male Students: Kurta-Pyjama, kurta with ethnic jacket, traditional/Indo-Western festive attire, traditional accessories encouraged

No casual college wear will be
permitted for entry.

Safety & Security

The safety and security of all students is our priority.

The event area will be monitored by CCTV/cameras.
Security personnel and bouncers will be present throughout the event.
Students will be closely monitored during the programme.
Any form of misbehaviour, disturbance, indiscipline, harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Strict action will be taken against anyone violating the event guidelines.
Students creating disturbance or violating the rules may be immediately removed from the programme.
All students are expected to respect fellow participants, faculty members, security personnel and event staff.

Terms & Condition

Registration fee is ₹300 and registration is mandatory. No last-minute registration will be entertained.
Entry is strictly for current IMS students only. Outside and pass-out students are not permitted.
Entry will be allowed only during the designated entry time and with a valid college ID.
Dandiya/ethnic dress code is compulsory. Students not following the dress code will not be permitted entry.
Dandiya sticks must be collected from and returned to the designated counters/boxes before leaving.
Misconduct, indiscipline or disturbance will not be tolerated. Strict action, including removal from the event, may be taken.
Students must follow all instructions given by the Cultural Committee, security team and Institute authorities.
The organisers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the event arrangements.
